We are a family owned and operated business. Space Engravers has been operating for over 4 years providing awards and gifts to the Colorado Springs area. Although the ownership transferred in October, 2010, the same exemplary quality and customer service will always be an important part of Space Engravers. We focus on providing high quality awards and recognition products to the community.
We operate our business out of our home. Some may think this means we are less professional or that our products are not as high of quality as a store front or other internet based businesses. I beg to differ. We are dedicated to only providing the best quality product that our customer can afford. Does this mean we don't have affordable (some say cheap) awards? No. In fact, we carry a large selection of trophies or awards to fit the budget of a typical little league team. What it means is that our engraving workmanship will be top of the line or you will not receive the product. If a $5 trophy is all you can afford, that's what you will get. But that doesn't mean our effort or workmanship is any less. Every piece we put out is a testament of our reputation.
We have had the opportunity to move into a store front for a more traditional business. We decided against it at this time. We are currently able to perform all aspects of our awards business in our home. This has several advantages, most of which you, the customer, directly benefit from. First, not having the additional overhead of a store front means lower costs which we pass on to you in the form of lower prices. Second, not being tied down to a store front away from our home means we can dedicate more time to each job to ensure they are perfect. This gets passed on to the customer as a higher quality product. Third, and totally selfish on our part, we get more family time between jobs. As we state to the right, we think this is very important.

It's our feeling that a strong belief in service and family leads to a better moral code all around. This structure carries over to our approach in business. We feel that every customer is important, no matter how big or small. We strongly believe the motto of "do unto others as you would have them do unto you." We try to live our lives this way and we try to pass this on to our customers.

| Our Inventory: We keep a limited amount of products on hand to satisfy your last minute requests. But in an effort to keep your prices low, we do not stock most of our items. We can usually have your products ready within about 3 or 4 days if we have to order them. If we have them in stock, we strive for a 48 hour turn around. |
