We try to keep our prices pretty low so you don't necessarily need discounts.  However, there are a few standard discounts that we like to give.  Some of these will need to be added to your account after it's been created, so please let us know if you qualify for them.  Once added to your account, if you are logged in, the price you see includes that discount.

Organizational Discounts:
This are a flat discount we give to people in the following professions.  We feel these professions make sacrafices/or give back to their communities, so we should give back to them.

Military members, educators, and fire/police department employees will receive a 10 % discount on the total order placed online.

Recurring Orders:         

Any customer ordering over $100 of awards on a recurring basis (at least quarterly) will receive a 5% discount.  If you will be ordering the same awards each time, this will increase to a 10% discount.  This is a special coupon code we must give you, so make sure you mention this discount when ordering. (coupon will be give/valid once second order is placed)

Returning Customers:

ALL returning customers will receive 2% appreciation discount on top of any other discounts you may already be eligible for. When you create your account and place your first order, we will automatically add this on your account.  Each time you log in after that, the prices you see will reflect this discount.

NOTE:  Not all discounts and coupons will apply to ALL items ordered.  For example, engraving on your personal items (not our retail items) don't qualify.  Service only (art fees, advanced engraving, etc.) may not qualify.

NOTE:  When requesting a quote, the price we provide include any applicable discounts.  We often provide discounts to charities or school through a separate quote and those are not eligible for an additional 10% Organizational discount.
